When we’re talking about the best sleep tracker options, I’ve tested Notion Sleep Tracker as well as the latest devices from Whoop and Oura. Honestly, recording my sleep on Notion helped me become more attentive to what I do every day. Of course, Fitbit Inspire 3 and RingConn make it easy because they track everything by themselves. At times, when the data is managed by machines, it’s easier to overlook it. When I keep a diary, I think about how I slept and can always note it when I forget (guilt does not have to be involved!).
