Getting Started
Theme Pack
Select your preferred theme:
Download Theme
Pick your preferred Theme and click the Download button.
After downloading, you’ll see a .zip file on your computer.
Right-click the file and select Unzip or Extract.
If you don’t see this option, watch one of the videos below to learn how to unzip files:
Once extraction is complete, open the folder. You’ll find that the Theme Pack assets are organized into 4 subfolders.
How to Change Your Theme
001 Module Banner
Open the LiFE RPG Homepage. Make sure you’re using the Default Theme, not the Minimal Theme.
Go back to the downloaded files and open the folder “001 Module Banner.”
Inside, you’ll find 12 banners, each corresponding to one of the 12 modules on your homepage.
Replace the existing banners in your Notion dashboard by dragging and dropping the new ones.
Each banner file is already clearly named, so you can easily identify where it belongs.
002 Section Banner
Open the second folder, “002 Section Banner.”
This contains banners for every section within each module.
Use the file names to locate which section each banner corresponds to.
For example, a file named “Battle · Bad Habit – Defeat Heatmap” should be placed in the Defeat Heatmap section inside the Battle · Bad Habit module.
003 Hero Badge
Open the third folder, “003 Hero Badge.”
Here you’ll find all the Hero Badge designs for this theme. Each file is clearly named for easy reference.
In LiFE RPG, open the Settings module, scroll down, and expand Rank Settings.
Click on the default badge, switch to the Upload tab, and upload the corresponding Hero Badge from the theme folder.
004 Social Badge
Open the fourth folder, “004 Social Badge.”
This folder includes all the Social Badge designs for the theme, each properly named for clarity.
In LiFE RPG, go to the Social Hub module, open the Leaderboard tab, and find the Social Badge section.
Click on each Social Badge and replace the icon and Badge image field with the new design from your theme pack.
