Introduction
LiFE RPG is built on the principle of Your LiFE, Your Rules. This means you are the Game Master of your own life. The Settings page gives you full control over how rewards and penalties are applied in the system. You can adjust numbers like EXP, Skill EXP, HP, and Coins so that the game matches your lifestyle and goals.
Think of the Settings page as the control room of your game. From here, you can fine-tune almost everything.

Profile & Identity
Update your character’s profile picture at any time.
Edit your personal information and identity to keep your Character Card accurate.
Skill
If you forgot to add skills during account creation, you can add them here.
Click the New Skill button to expand your skill tree with new areas of growth.
Level Settings
Adjust how much EXP is required for your character or skills to level up.
Use the Open Preview dropdown to instantly see how your changes affect the EXP required for each level.
The preview shows up to Level 10. Do not worry, your levels are unlimited. The system automatically calculates beyond Level 10 based on your Initial EXP and Growth Rate.
If you want to preview a specific level above 10, simply type the level number in the Level column, and the system will calculate it for you.

Rank Settings
Adjust the level required for each Rank Badge.
Badges are automatically assigned by the system. Once you reach the required level, the badge appears on your Character Card.
Setup a Rank Badge
LiFE RPG comes with default Rank Badges, but you can also create your own. To do this:
Click New Page in the list.
Upload a badge image.
Enter a badge title and set the required level.

Modify a Rank Badge
By default, there are 8 Rank Badges. If you purchased the Pro version of LiFE RPG, you will also have access to Theme Packs. These include alternative designs for every badge in styles such as Kawaii, Minimal, Pixel, and Solo Leveling.

To change the design of a badge:
Go to the Badge page.
Click on the badge icon.
Upload the new design from your Theme Pack.

Growth · EXP
Click on the [New Good Habit] button here to add new growth items (Good Habits).
Set how much EXP and Coins you'll earn each time you check-in for this Good Habit.
In the [Related Skills] field, link this good habit to the skill tree. When you complete the habit, the skill will gain EXP based on [EXP Earn].
If you prefer not to do this, you can leave this option blank.
Fight · Damage
Click on the [New Bad Habit] button here to add new battle items (Bad Habits).
Set how much HP you'll lose each time you lose a battle (perform Bad Habit).
In the [Related Skills] field, link this good habit to the skill tree. When you perform the bad habit, the skill will deduct EXP based on [Hit Point (Damage)].
If you prefer not to do this, you can leave this option blank.
Hotel · Recovery
Set the Coin cost for staying in each hotel.
Set how much HP your character will recover with each stay.
Overdraft Penalty
Why This Exists
In Notion, there is no way to stop you from buying something even if your Coin balance is negative. To prevent abuse, LiFE RPG introduces the Overdraft Penalty.
How It Works
If your Coins stay negative, your character loses HP equal to the negative amount.
Example: If your balance is -500 Coins, you lose 500 HP.
Flexibilities
The default for this penalty is once a week, but you can set how often you accept overdraft penalties. However, we don't recommend removing this penalty as it could disrupt game balance.
To adjust, click on the [﹀] icon next to the New button, find the Overdraft Penalty Check, and click on the 3-dot icon next to it.

Module · Settings
LiFE RPG includes multiple modules that give rewards for different activities. In Settings, you can decide how much EXP, Skill EXP, or Coins you want to earn for each module.
Here are the key modules:
Task Tracking Session
Rewards Skill EXP.
The Skill EXP goes to the Related Skill of the Project the Task belongs to.
Example: If your Skill is Video Production and you have a Project called Create a YouTube Video, all Task Tracking Sessions inside this Project will add Skill EXP to Video Production.
In Settings, you can decide how much Skill EXP you gain per hour of task tracking session.
Deep Work Session
Rewards Character EXP.
Use the Deep Work feature in the PARA Dashboard to log focused work.
In Settings, you can decide how much Character EXP you gain per hour of deep work.
Mood Journal
Rewards Character EXP.
Every time you create a journal entry, you earn EXP.
In Settings, you decide how much EXP each entry gives.
Sleep Tracker (Energy Station)
Rewards Health Skill EXP.
Every hour of logged sleep gives EXP.

Social Hub (Relationship Tracker)

Actions like Giving a gift to a friend, attending an event with a friend, writing a note for a friend, exchanging social media contacts with someone new all provide EXP.
This not only grows your Social Skill but also affects the Leaderboard.
More details about the Social Hub and Leaderboard can be found on the Social Hub page in the Resource Page.
Brain Dump · ToDo
Tasks that do not belong to a Project can be placed in the Brain Dump.
Each Brain Dump task has a difficulty rating.
When completed, you earn rewards based on the difficulty.
In Settings, you can adjust the reward amounts for each difficulty level.
