Social Hub · Chat

The Social Hub in LiFE RPG is your personal relationship manager. Think of it like a real-life RPG party system where you can add friends, companies, birthdays, notes, and events. Every action you take not only helps you stay more connected in real life, but also gives you Social Skill EXP that contributes to your character’s growth and the Social Hub leaderboard.

Setup New Company

  • To add a new company, you can find the "Add Company" button.

  • Enter the company name.

  • The companies you have added will appear in the Company Tab of the Contact Management section.

Setup New People

  • To add a new person, you can find the "Add People" button and select the Group.

  • In the Info section below, add a Profile Picture, enter Email, Phone number, and Address.

  • After adding this person's Date of Birth, the system will automatically calculate their age, next birthday date, and a message to remind you how many days are left until their birthday.

  • If needed, you can also add a company for them.

Since many people now use social media more than email or phone, you can also add their social accounts.

  • Click Add Social Media Account.

  • Choose the platform (Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.) and enter the link.

  • On the Social Media account page, you can see the mainstream Social Media Platforms. Choose one and add the relevant link.

  • Back in the main Social Hub Dashboard, use the Group Filter on the right-hand side to filter contacts by group.

Setup New Event

  • To add a new person, you can find the "Add Event" button

  • After entering the Event Date, the system will automatically calculate how many days are left until the event.

  • Select the people related to this event and the Priority.

  • Choose whether you have already attended or plan to attend this event.

Setup Note & Interaction

  • The Note & Interaction feature allows you to record interactions with someone and things that need to be remembered, such as when I went to a restaurant with him for dinner today and found out he likes his steak cooked medium rare.

  • To add a new Note, you can open a specific person’s card, click the New Note button, and the system will automatically record the date and time along with the person related to this note. You just need to enter what you want to record in the content area.

How to use Birthday Planner

  • Navigate to the "Event & Birthday" page in the top navigation bar, you can see the age of each contact, their next birthday, and a countdown timer.

  • If necessary, you can click the "Add a Birthday Event" button to create an event related to that person's birthday.  

  • The system will automatically set the Event Title, Event Date, and People for you, so you don't need to enter them manually.

  • You can also add a Gift Budget Tracker here by clicking the "Add a Gift" button.  

  • If your friend's birthday doesn't have any celebrations, but you still want to give a gift, click the "Add a Gift Budget Tracker" button to create a gift budget tracker.

  • The system will automatically set the Gift's Title and People for you, so you won't need to input them manually.

How to use Gift Budget Tracker

  • Open a Gift Budget Tracker page where you can set your budget and, after deciding on a gift, enter your cost. The system will automatically calculate whether you have exceeded your budget.

Insight and management of your Dashboard

  • You can see Upcoming Events and Birthdays in the Side Navigation bar of the Dashboard. It will remind you of the Events and Birthdays occurring in the next 30 days.

  • In the Details tab under the Contact Management section, you can see all the information for each person, including contact information, birthday information, social media, your notes & interactions with them, as well as the activities you have participated in together, and how many times you attended/missed their events.

  • The Summary section contains all relevant number matrices for the data.

Social XP & Social Badge

Introduction

The Social Hub makes relationships fun by gamifying them.

Every action you take here will give you Social Skill EXP. For example:

  • Giving a gift to a friend

  • Attending an event together

  • Writing a note about a friend

  • Exchanging social media contacts

All of these add points to both your Social Skill and the Social Leaderboard.

Leaderboard

  • In the top navigation bar, find the "Leaderboard" page. Here you can see the Social Skill EXP each friend has granted you, which can also be understood as your intimacy with them, as well as their Social Badge.  

  • There are many ways to increase Social Skill EXP. Almost everything you do in the Social Hub will increase Social EXP. For example, giving gifts to friends, attending events with friends, writing a note for your friends, or exchanging social media contacts with new friends will all bring you Social Skill EXP gains.  

  • You can adjust the EXP rate in the [Settings] module.

Assigning Social Badges

Badges are like special achievements you give to friends.

  1. Go to the Social Badge section.

  2. Open a badge page and read its description.

  3. If your friend matches the description, you can award them the badge.

Ways to assign badges:

  • From the badge page, select your friend under the Contact field.

  • Or, go directly to your friend’s profile and give the badge from there.

Creating a New Badge

  • Although we have preset some Social Badges for you, LiFE RPG follows the principle of Your LiFE Your Rules. Therefore, you are of course free to use your imagination and create some new Social Badges yourself.

  • To create a new Social Badge, you can click [New page] in the list, then enter the Badge’s title, description, and image.

Editing Default Badges

The Pro version of LiFE RPG comes with multiple Theme Packs (Kawaii, Minimal, Pixel, Solo Leveling). These let you replace the design of default badges with themed alternatives.

To change a badge design:

  1. Go to the badge’s page.

  2. Delete the old design.

  3. Upload the new theme design.

Community Chat

This template comes with a built-in chat where you can share your progress, daily life, and meet new friends.

Chatroom Rules

Before activating this chatroom, please read the following rules:

  1. Be cool, kind, and respectful to one another.

  2. Do not spam.

  3. No self-promotion or advertisements.

  4. No personal information.

  5. No hate speech or harmful language.

  6. No political or religious topics.

  7. No piracy, sexual, NSFW, or otherwise suspicious content.

  8. Rules are subject to common sense.


How to Activate the Chatroom
