Introduction
The Mood Journal in LiFE RPG helps you track your feelings and reflect on your day. Each time you create a new journal entry, your character earns Character EXP. This is designed to encourage you to keep the healthy habit of journaling and mood tracking.
You can decide how much Character EXP each journal entry gives by adjusting the value in the Settings module.
Setting Up and Managing Your Moods
Clicking on the “Mood Management” card on the right will open your Mood Database.

Click on “New Mood” button to add a new mood

Give a title to the newly added mood and choose a color, this color will be displayed on your heatmap.

For example, if the mood is angry and the color is red, then when your mood is angry on a specific date, the heatmap will display red.

Setting Up and Managing Your Journal
Click on the “New page” under the “Today” tab to add today's journal. Journals added here will be set as today’s journal by default.

If you are a night owl and start writing after midnight (for example, at 1 a.m. or 3 a.m.), you might actually want to write yesterday’s journal instead. In that case:
Switch to the Yesterday tab.
Then click New Page.
The system will save your entry with yesterday’s date.

After creating the mood journal, choose your mood for today, as well as your energy levels in the morning, noon, and evening. Select your Focus and Stress level. Once you complete these, the system will automatically calculate your Today’s Energy.

After setting your mood, scroll down to the diary section to write about your day.
The diary format includes Events and Activities, Today's Learnings, Gratitude of the Day, and Reflections and Thoughts. Clicking the “new” button will automatically generate a bullet point for you to fill in.

The left side of the screen shows what you accomplished today, helping you write your diary entries.
If you are a night owl and start writing your diary late at night (3 a.m.), you may not see all of today's activities (as they belong to yesterday). Click the "Today" tab to expand a drop-down menu and select "Yesterday" to view yesterday's activities.
