Energy Station
Introduction
The Energy Station works like a Sleep Tracker. It helps you record your sleep every day and gives you feedback on your sleep quality. The system looks at your data from different angles and shows you patterns that can improve your rest.
Every hour of sleep you track will reward you with Health Skill EXP. You can set the amount of EXP you earn for each hour of sleep inside the Settings page. This way, sleeping well not only helps you in real life but also makes your character stronger inside the game.
How to Track Your Sleep
Step 1: Set Bedtime
When you are ready to sleep, press the "It's bedtime" button under the Current Cycle section.
The system will automatically create a Sleep Card for today.
On this card, your bedtime will already be recorded.
This is the start of your sleep tracking cycle.

Step 2: Set Wake Up Time
When you wake up, you can click the “Wake up” button on the card.
The system will automatically record your wakeup time and calculate your Sleep Duration and Sleep Rating.
If you can't find the card for this sleep tracking, you can try switching to the "Yesterday" tab.
How does the system define Sleep Rating?
The system gives each sleep cycle a Sleep Rating and a Heatmap Color based on your total hours slept. The colors make it easy to see your performance at a glance.
Sleep Duration | Sleep Rating | Heatmap Color |
---|---|---|
4 hours | 🔴⚪⚪⚪⚪⚪ | red |
5 hours | ⚪🟠⚪⚪⚪⚪ | pink |
6 hours | ⚪⚪🔵⚪⚪⚪ | yellow |
7 hours | ⚪⚪⚪🔵⚪⚪ | blue |
8 hours | ⚪⚪⚪⚪🔵⚪ | blue |
Greater than 8 hrs | ⚪⚪⚪⚪⚪🟢 | green |
The longer you sleep, the better your color and rating.
