Fight · Bad Habit
The Fight module is where you face your bad habits. Every time you give in to a bad habit, your character gets hurt. This makes the game feel real, because just like in life, bad habits slow down your growth.
How to Use
Create a Bad Habit, such as smoking, procrastinating, or eating junk food.
When you perform this bad habit, click the [Crap, I did…] button.
After logging the habit, the system applies the punishment you set:
Character HP decreases: Your health points drop.
Related Skill EXP decreases: The skill connected to the habit also loses progress.
Streak Counter increases: Shows how many days in a row you have done this habit. This helps you see patterns and motivates you to break the streak.
🛈 Need helps - How to change the amount of EXP I earn each time I check-in a good habit

Preventing Accidental Double Check-ins
Sometimes users accidentally click the button twice in the same day. To prevent mistakes, LiFE RPG 2.0 has a safety check:
If you try to log the same bad habit again in one day, the system will show a reminder.
The reminder will display how many times you already checked in today.
If you really did perform the habit again, click Continue. The system will deduct the punishment again and save it in your log.
If you clicked by mistake, press Cancel. The second entry will not be saved.
This makes sure your records are always correct and under your full control.

Defeat Heatmap
The Defeat Heatmap is a mini calendar that shows you when you gave in to bad habits.
Each day is marked, so you can clearly see which days you struggled.
You can switch the view to different months and choose your preferred color style.
To learn how to adjust months and colors, follow the same steps explained in the Growth Heatmap section.
Battle Log
The Battle Log is your analysis board. It counts how many times you performed bad habits during:
This week
This month
This year
This gives you a big-picture view of your weaknesses, so you can spot trends and plan how to fight them better.
