Finance Tracker
The Financial Vault is your personal finance management system inside LiFE RPG. It helps you track income, expenses, accounts, budgets, and even financial goals. By managing money here, you can link your real-world finances with in-game rewards, which makes financial discipline more fun and motivating.
Introducing Dashboard
The Dashboard functions as a simple overview of each of the different features, and it will only show you all the information for this month. If you need a more detailed overview of a particular function, explore the
[Navigation]
menu!
Income Source & Expense Source:
Insight into each of your expense and income categories.

Monthly Account Review:
Gain insight into the balances of each of your financial accounts, see your income and spending on a monthly basis in a cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing way, and be reminded of your finances with Warning Messages!

Monthly Budget:
Gain insight into the budget usage of each of your expenses source, manage your monthly budget and monthly expenses on a monthly basis in a in a cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing way, and use Warning Messages to remind you of your budgetary situation.

Monthly Income & Monthly Expenses:
Management of income and expenses on a monthly basis.

Monthly Transaction:
Manage transaction between Account on a monthly basis.

Account
1. Setup Account
Click on
[New Account]
button under the[Quick Add]
chunk.Enter your Account Title, Starting Balance and Description (if any).
2. Insight and management of your Financial Account
For an insight into the Account Overview, you can access the Account page via
[Navigation]
chunk.Here you can get an insight into the Account Balance, Total Income, Total Expenses, Monthly Incomes, Monthly Expenses and Account Status (Warning Message) under
[Account Overview]
chunk.You can also change the Starting Balance of the Account under the
[Account Management]
chunk.
Incomes, Expenses & Budget
1. Setup Expenses Source
Navigate to the “Expenses” page
Click on
[New Expense Source]
button under the[Quick Add]
chunk.Enter your Expense Source Title, and Monthly Budget for this source.

2. Setup Income Source
Navigate to the “Incomes” page
Click on
[New Income Source]
button under the[Quick Add]
chunk.Enter your Income Source Title.

3. Add your Incomes and Expenses
Add Expense:
Click on
[New Expense]
button under the[Quick Add]
chunk.Enter your Expense Title, and Expense Amount.
Select the account to be debited, and Expenses Source.
Select the date if the expense is not incurred today.

Add Income:
Click on
[New Expense]
button under the[Quick Add]
chunk.Enter your Income Title, and Income Amount.
Select the accounts to be credited, and Incomes Source.
Select a date if the income did not occur today.

4. Insight and management of your income and expenses.
Insight into the Income structure:
For an insight into the Incomes Summary, you can access the Incomes page via
[Navigation]
chunk.Here you can get an insight into the total, annual and monthly income of all your Income Sources under
[Income Overview]
chunk.You can also get an insight into the monthly income list under the
[Incomes]
chunk.

Insight into the Expenses structure:
For an insight into the Expenses Summary, you can access the Expenses page via
[Navigation]
chunk.Here you can get an insight into the total, annual and monthly expenses of all your Expenses Sources under
[Expenses Overview]
chunk.You can also get an insight into the monthly expenses list under the
[Expenses]
chunk.

5. Manage Budget for your Expenses Source / Categories
Click on the Budget page under the
[Navigation]
chunk.You can refer to Setup Expenses Source to create a new category for your Budget.
You can get an overview of your Monthly Budget, Monthly Expenses and Remaining Budget under the
[Budget Overview]
chunk.You can change your Monthly Budget and gain insight into your current month's spending, remaining budget, and Budget Usage under
[Budget Management]
chunk.
Transfers between Account and Savings Fund
There are 2 methods to made transfers.
Method 1: via Dashboard (Recommended for mobile users)
Click on
[New Transaction]
button under the[Quick Add]
chunk.Enter the Transfer Amount
Select the account to be debited.
Select the other account to be credited.

Method 2: via Transaction Page
Enter the
[Transaction]
page via[Navigation]
chunk.via
[Transaction History]

buttonNote: Only one debited account and one credited account are permitted.
